I'm a registered nurse who works fulltime in an acute care hospital & a graduate student in Akron University's MSN Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program. Health and fitness has been a huge part of my life since I was a teenager where I spent most of my time playing soccer year round. In undergraduate school I started taking weight lifting & dieting seriously and competed in multiple NPC bikini competitions. This accomplishment taught me the dedication & determination that I needed to accomplish my goals. In 2017 I started personal training after I received my PT and nutritionist certification where I would coach clients & work with them 1 on 1 to figure out their fitness goals, become their daily motivator, & develop a plan that would best fit their goals!
I'm all about lifestyle change when it comes to exercise & eating habits. I will teach you & provide education that can be carried with you forever throughout your fitness journey! NO FAD diets, NO crash dieting, NO cutting extreme amounts of carbs, NO extreme amounts of cardio and NO giving up the foods that you love.
Fitness is truly 100% my biggest passion in life and aside from my work as a nurse, there is nothing I love more than seeing my clients get healthier, stronger and comfortable in their own body!
